McDonald's UK launches family book campaign

McDonald's UK has announced the launch of a five week promotion for The Happy Readers campaign aiming to give 15 million books to families by the end of 2014.

It's to partner with publishers, retailers and other organisations including the National Literacy Trust and WH Smith to achieve the goal. During the initial five week period (today to February 12) Happy Meal customers are to be given a series of non-fiction books from publisher DK's Amazing World series.
